FAQs

We know you may have questions as we close this chapter of Fresh Esthetics. To make the transition as smooth as possible, we’ve put together this FAQ with details about our closing date, gift cards, memberships, and where to find your favorite estheticians moving forward. Please read through this page first before reaching out and know how deeply grateful we are for your support over the last 6 ½ years.

 

1. When is Fresh Esthetics officially closing?

Our final day in the current space at 105 Glen Oak Blvd will be September 30, 2025.

 

2. What happens with gift cards, memberships, and packages?

All Fresh Esthetics gift cards, memberships, and packages will be honored through December 31, 2025 by both Sandi and Blair. It is not our intention to leave them unusable. If you don’t think you can use yours by that date, we encourage you to gift it to someone who can.
                                                              Please note: refunds are not available for packages or prepaid services.

 

3. Will you still be offering the same services?

Yes. The core services of waxing, facials, dermaplaning, microdermabrasion, microneedling, mole removal, and spray tans will all continue to be offered by both Sandi and Blair at our new location inside Bellezza in Hendersonville.

4. Where will Sandi and Blair be working after Fresh Esthetics closes?

Both Sandi and Blair will be working independently at Bellezza in Hendersonville, TN. Our schedules have been updated in Vagaro to reflect our availability in this new location, and you are welcome to rebook there.

 

5. Where are the other estheticians now?

  • Layla is working at Face Foundrie in the Gulch.

  • Heather, a seasoned esthetician and former Alabama business owner, is opening her own studio — Bare Blossom Studio in Bowling Green, KY.

  • Many of our former employees remain in the area:

    • Madison and Abby have both opened their own suites at Phenix Salon Suites in Hendersonville.

    • Lexi and Alaina are at Babe Beauty Boutique in Gallatin.

    • Taylor is working with our good friend Stephanie at Aspire Aesthetics (our top recommendation for laser and injectables).

6. How can I rebook an appointment?

You can continue to book directly through the Fresh Esthetics Vagaro, where schedules for Sandi and Blair are updated with our new location at Bellezza. If you have our personal phone numbers, feel free to text us and we will send you a booking link to save for future appointments. If you prefer not to book online you can always submit the form at the bottom of this page and we will call you to book within 48 hours.

7. Can I still contact Fresh Esthetics?

Our preferred method of contact going forward will be the form at the bottom of this page. You can expect a response within 48 hours of submitting a question.

 

8. Why are you closing?

After 6 ½ years, life changes and personal shifts have made it clear it’s time to close this chapter. Fresh Esthetics has given us so much, and while it’s bittersweet to say goodbye, we are deeply grateful for the love, support, and community we’ve experienced.

9. Will there be a new esthetics business in the Fresh Esthetics space?

We hope so! That will be up to the landlord, who is currently working to find a new tenant.
